Basic information​

The goods offered in the online store gitido.pl are brand new and for all purchased in the store you have rights due to the non-conformity of the goods with the contract. All regulations regarding the warranty can be found in the Store Regulations in paragraph § 7. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the detailed information regulating the warranty law.

Step by step

1. Prepare the product and proof of purchase or other proof of purchase in our store, e.g. transfer confirmation

2. Fill out the complaint form, you can download it in *.PDF format

*Adobe Reader is required to open the file

3. Pack everything securely and send it by registered mail (e.g. registered letter) to the address provided.

Remember

  • w sytuacji braku możliwości naprawy lub wymiany produktu zwrócimy koszty zakupu,
  • nie przyjmujemy przesyłek za pobraniem,
  • nie odbieramy paczek z paczkomatu,
  • pamiętaj o dowodzie zakupu,
  • zatrzymaj dowód nadania przesyłki.

Reklamacji nie podlega naturalne zużycie produktu, np. starcie warstwy lub uszkodzenia mechaniczne wynikające z nieprawidłowego użytkowania.

Basic information​

According to Article 38 of the Consumer Law, the consumer has no right to withdraw from a contract in which the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet his individual needs (this applies in particular to personalized products in which, at the Buyer's request, significant interference was carried out in the product's structure, such as mechanical or laser engraving).

Procedure for returning a non-personalized product

1. Prepare the product and proof of purchase or other proof of purchase in our store, e.g. bank transfer confirmation

2. Fill out the return form, you can download it in *.PDF format

3. Pack everything securely and send it by registered mail (e.g. registered priority letter or courier) to given address.

Remember

  • we do not accept cash on delivery,
  • in the case of orders for non-personalized products, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason,
  • you send the returned product at your own expense,
  • we will refund the funds within 14 working days,
  • keep the proof of posting the parcel,
  • we do not accept parcels from a parcel locker,
  • remember the proof of purchase,
  • keep the proof of posting the parcel.
